This record was written over the course of two years, across the US, and recorded in just five days in Nashville. It is partially a personal journal, and partially an edifice to things beyond me. In many ways, this is how I'd hoped my music would sound all along. It is the culmination of years of work, and of course, play. I'd especially like to thank Mary Bragg for producing the album, and for making the whole project come together. I'd also like to thank my co-writers: Mary, Terry Klein, and John Lilly, without whom these songs would not have been.
Thank you to everyone who made this record possible, but special thanks to: Olivia Emmer, Mom & Dad, Tom & Cherryl, Dan Moschet, Lester & Cynthia, Bev & Tim, York, Amanda Rose, Sky & Chloe Couvreux, Travis Tripp, Martin Arhelger, and David & Vickie. Your support made this happen. Thank you. - JE -

I start our family morning routine with this album. It creates positiv and cosy atmosphere with good enough pace to prepare coffee, breakfast while helping kids getting ready for school etc. Good flow throughout the whole album, slowly growing trough many listenings. Slavisa Micanovic
